Delivery and shipping

We deliver across the Kathmandu Valley with our own team and to the rest of Nepal through trusted courier partners.

Delivery times

• Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur: within 1 to 2 working days of confirmation. Orders confirmed before 1 pm are usually delivered the same or next day.
• Major cities outside the valley such as Pokhara, Chitwan, Butwal, Biratnagar and Dharan: 3 to 5 working days.
• Other areas: 5 to 8 working days, depending on road conditions.

During Dashain, Tihar and heavy monsoon, deliveries may take a little longer. We will keep you informed by phone.

Delivery charges

The delivery charge for your area is shown at checkout before you place the order. Delivery is free inside the valley on orders above the free delivery amount shown at checkout.

On the day

• Our team calls you before leaving the warehouse. Please keep your phone reachable.
• Large appliances are delivered to your door. Please make sure there is enough space on stairs and doorways.
• Check the box for damage before you sign. If anything looks wrong, you may refuse the delivery.

Installation

Air conditioners, chimneys, geysers, water purifiers and wall mounted TVs are installed by the brand's authorised technician, usually within 48 hours of delivery inside the valley. Extra copper pipe, stands or wiring are charged at the brand's rates.
