Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you browse or buy from Himalayan Home, operated by Himalayan Home Appliances Pvt. Ltd., Putalisadak, Kathmandu. By placing an order you agree to them.

Prices and bills

• All prices are in Nepali rupees and include 13% VAT. A VAT bill is issued with every order.
• Offer prices are valid only for the dates shown. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will call you before delivery and you may cancel at no cost.

Orders

• An order is confirmed only after our team calls you to check the address and product.
• We may limit quantities for offer products so that more customers can benefit.
• Free gifts are given while stock lasts and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Payment

You can pay in cash or by card when your order arrives. Instalment plans are arranged directly with the partner bank or finance company, and their approval and charges are decided by them.

Coupons

Each coupon has its own minimum spend, validity and product limits. Only one coupon can be used per order.

Product information

Photos and specifications come from the brands. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and brands may update a model without notice.

Disputes

We will always try to resolve a concern directly. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal and the courts of Kathmandu.
