• Your order history, wishlist and the products you view, so we can show you your orders and useful suggestions.
• Details you share when you ask about instalments, such as your preferred bank and tenure.

How we use it

• To confirm, deliver and install your order, and to call you before delivery.
• To issue your VAT bill and register your product warranty with the brand.
• To send order updates by SMS or email, and offers only if you agreed to receive them.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with our delivery partners, the brand service centre for installation and warranty, and the bank or finance company you choose for an instalment plan. We never sell your details.

Keeping it safe

Your password is stored in encrypted form and our staff can see your details only when they need them to serve you. We keep order records for the period required by Nepal's tax laws.

Your choices

You can update your details from your account at any time, unsubscribe from offers from any message, or ask us to close your account by writing to care@himalayanhome.test.
